We offer a consultancy service whereby we enlist and arrange all the services, trades and specialist equipment you will need to construct your project. This involves:
Site Preparation / Forward planningWe will work closely with the Engineers and other specialists before construction begins to prepare a budget and project time-line. We will then schedule each phase of construction including every aspect of the build process itself.
Appointing Contractors and TradesmenFollowing the planning stage, it will be our responsibility to appoint all the required contractors for each trade. We will liase and ensure the correct contractors are on site at the correct time.
Site monitoringOnce on site, with a full schedule determined, we will manage every trade to ensure they are meeting deadlines and budget requirements. This will require constant contact with each trade group. One of our experienced professionals will be on site when required to ensure an efficient build.
Plant equipment and suppliesWe will also deal with procurement where supplies are not provided by the individual contractor, providing quotes for all the necessary equipment and materials. Once price has been agreed, we will manage, order materials and review delivery of them on a daily basis to ensure that they arrive in a timely manner and are present and correct.
As in the design process we will be one point of contact for you, providing update reports and ensuring you are fully informed at each stage. We will offer our professional guidance to ensure your project runs smoothly.
